Meet Our Founder
Jeff Wagner has over 25 years of cybersecurity experience as a practitioner, manager, executive, and public speaker. He has also served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for several federal agencies, securing $750 million in annual purchases of IT products and services. He is a trusted advisor to both IT and non-IT executives.
Jeff has been a speaker, panelist, and moderator heard by Fortune 500 companies and the Federal Computer Security Managers Forum sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). He also has a passion for non-profit work and has volunteered his cybersecurity expertise to several 501(c)(3) in his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri.
Jeff is also a 2021 Forbes Next 1000 Honoree!

Aspis Consulting operates from several locations to better serve our clients. However, our main office is located in Kansas City, Missouri where the majority of our employees are located. We also have a few employees working in Washington, D.C., and a few employees working from Duluth, MN.
