Our company’s rapid expansion includes offices in Duluth, Minnesota, and remote employees in Washington, DC, and Wyoming, along with our Kansas City headquarters.

Jeff brings over 25 years of experience to Aspis Consulting, having served in various roles such as a practitioner, manager, executive, and public speaker. Notably, he was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA), USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and the USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Mission Area. In these roles, he also secured $750 million in annual purchases of IT products and services and managed annual budgets of over $31 million. Fortune 500 companies and prestigious forums sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) actively seek Jeff’s insights and leadership.
