At the end of every year, we recognize one employee with the Alpha Award. The Alpha Award is Aspis Consulting’s version of an “Employee of the Year” award. We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 Alpha Award Winner at Aspis Consulting is our Operations Manager, Gracie MacFarlane!
More About Gracie
Gracie has been a part of the Aspis team since she first joined as a Marketing Intern. She progressed from intern to Marketing Team Lead, and eventually to her current role as Operations Manager. Gracie continues to lead a marketing team, manage our social media platforms, conduct web design and SEO strategies, handle graphic design and copywriting, as well as supporting internal operations and HR functions.
She also works as a part-time Administrative Assistant for GPS Strategic Advisors, helping with tracking actions items, performing website updates, and other various tasks. Later this year, Gracie will be transitioning into a new role as an Executive Assistant on Aspis Consulting’s USDA team! Gracie received the Alpha Award “for her dedication to the operations of Aspis, her willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities including in leadership, and her flexibility and understanding when tackling tough issues.”
Gracie also recently graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a Minor in Management. Outside of work, Gracie lives in Minnesota and loves to spend time on the lakes, go hiking, and spend time with her two dogs. Congratulations to our latest Alpha Award winner!
